Due to high demand, to secure your booking we will need to take a deposit based on the number of guests. By making this non-refundable deposit, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and abiding by all UK government guidelines.
We ask that our guests remain seated at all times. During busy periods, we operate a 1 hour 45 minute seating policy and may offer a limited selection from our menus.
Our deposit charges are as follows:
Under 18s will not be permitted on the premises after 8:30pm (including during sporting events).
Once payment is made, we will confirm your booking and your deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Please arrive on time — we cannot guarantee your table 15 minutes after the original booking time. Management reserve the right to refuse entry. The Waggon & Horses will not tolerate any use of illegal substances, external alcohol, or discrimination of any kind on the premises.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of our Service without express written permission.
